The International Trade Center in Ramat Gan contains the Israeli Stock Exchange and is an impressive site with unique and varied towers.
Two of its towers particularly stand out.
The Samson Building was the foundational building in the Stock Exchange complex.
The 82 meter tall building holds twenty-eight floors, from which 21 are used by the diamond industry.
Right from the Samson building entrance, its vision comes to light - A first of its kind all inclusive one stop shop for the diamond industry.
It provides all the business services required to cater the diamond industry: a trading hall, offices, diamond and customs supervision offices (known as the import-export room), banks, a post office,
restaurant, a doctor's office, a synagogue and shops.
The Samson Building connects to the stock exchange building complex through internal bridges and is the first Israeli office building to have a curtain wall covering.
The second stock exchange building - The Maccabi Building was added in 1978. The 87 meter tall building contains 30 floors, 24 of which are used for offices. It is adjacent to The Diamond Museum and a shopping plaza.
The Maccabi building is famous for its unique architectural design. Two years after its completion, a two story bridge, connecting between the Maccabi and Samson Buildings, was constructed.
The bridge is an expansion of the stock exchange hall and includes a restaurant, a training room and the management offices for the Diamond Exchange.
