The first commercial center established in Israel and one of the largest in the country to date. It was established with the intention of giving its visitors a colorful street market experience in the comfort of an indoor structure.
The center has about 400 stores and is frequented by approximately 40,000 visitors per day. It is divided into two structures, each on a different side of Dizengoff Street. The two structures are connected by an underground passage and an indoor bridge viewing the busy street.
Over the years, two towers have been added on top of the shopping center structures- on the south- eastern structure, a 116.6 meters tall residential tower called "Dizengoff Tower" and on the south-eastern structure a 78.8-meter-tall office building called the "Tower".
